By using PlayZone, you agree to these terms. PlayZone is operated by HubbleHox Technologies Pvt Ltd.
All bookings are subject to venue availability. Confirmed bookings are binding and subject to the cancellation policy.
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay or BillDesk. PlayZone does not store card details.
Cancellations made 24hrs+ before the slot are eligible for full refund. Within 24hrs, a 50% cancellation fee applies. No-shows are non-refundable.
Users are expected to maintain decorum at venues. PlayZone reserves the right to suspend accounts for misconduct.
PlayZone is a booking platform. We are not liable for injuries, disputes, or issues that occur at venues.

Full refund for cancellations made 24+ hours before slot start time.
50% refund for cancellations made 4–24 hours before slot start time.
No refund for cancellations within 4 hours of slot start time or no-shows.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Go to My Account → My Orders → Select booking → Cancel Booking. Eligible refunds are processed automatically.
For refund disputes, raise a support ticket. Our team reviews within 48 hours.
