All bookings are subject to venue availability. Confirmed bookings are subject to the venue's cancellation policy shown at checkout.
All payments processed securely via Razorpay. PlayZone does not store card or UPI details. A GST invoice is generated for every confirmed booking.
Cancellation policies vary by venue and are displayed before payment. Venue or Admin cancellations always result in a 100% refund.
Users must maintain decorum at venues. Accounts may be suspended for misconduct.
PlayZone is a booking platform and is not liable for injuries or disputes at venues.

Data used solely to facilitate bookings, send booking-related SMS, and improve our platform. We do not sell your data.
Phone numbers stored securely. OTP logs auto-deleted after 10 minutes via TTL index.

Some venues do not allow cancellations. Clearly shown before booking.
If admin or venue cancels your booking, you always get a 100% refund regardless of timing.
Refunds credited within 5–7 business days via Razorpay to the original payment method.
